PH64835: MESSAGES USE BIZDATA ELEMENT AS THE 'ENVELOPE' INSTEAD OF THE GENERIC 'ENV:ENVELOPE'

Error description

• In FinPay PLUS 10.2.3.0 T2S messages use BizData element as the
  'envelope' instead of the generic 'env:Envelope'.

Problem summary

• For the EuroSIC and T2S map framework in FinPay PLUS 10.2.3.0 .
  For T2S, instead of using the generic env:Envelope element, the
  BizData element is employed to encapsulate both the AppHdr and
  Document components, consistent with what head.002 uses to
  transmit both Application Header and instance Document.
  
  Request the use of generic envelope 'env:Envelope', see
  ITX-I-351 T2S use of generic envelope, i.e., env:Envelope.
  
  
  In the case of euroSIC, messages do not include a Business
  Application Header (BAH) because no Swiss-specific head.001
  schema has been published.
  
  Request support for optional BAH in SWISS RTGS validation
  framework, see ITX-I-352 euroSIC support for BAH.
  

Problem conclusion

• MX validation routing maps make use of generic type tree called
  swiftroute_funds.mtt.
  
  For T2S, updates were applied to swiftroute_funds.mtt to support
  'env:Envelope' to transmit both AppHdr and Doc elements.
  
  For SWISS RTGS,, updates were applied to swiftroute_funds.mtt to
  support an optional AppHeader in messages. Corresponding MX
  validation maps were updated to validate optional AppHdr (BAH),
  validation of BAH is based from head.001.001.01 XML schema
  published from https://www.iso20022.org/catalogue-messages/iso-
  20022-messages-archive?search=head.001.001.01
