• The readme.txt file under the <ITX install dir>/examples/restapi

  Circumvention: Change the /tx-rest/v1/tx/  reference to be
  /tx-rest/v1/itx/ in the curl commands

Problem conclusion

• The examples/restapi/readme.txt has the wrong URL for curl
  commands, the mentioned example URLs should have "/itx/" part
  instead of /tx/, ITX installation code is changed to generate
  proper URLS in the REST API readme.
