Abstract

On 6 February 2025, IBM released IBM® Maximo® Application Suite Manage Component patch 8.7.16. As with all patches, it is cumulative. In addition to the new fixes listed here, all fixes from earlier patches for this version are included.

DT253522 Mobile In the Inspections application, the date and person who answered an Inspection result is not tracked accurately.
DT258352 Inventory Counting Current Balance and Adjusted Balance on Count Book Line are not updated when Count Book is Completed.
DT379032 Invoices Pretax and Tax values are inconsistently calculated when the Costs fields are manipulated on the main tab of the Invoices application.
DT389759 System UI In Application Designer, changing id="receipts" instead of id="securgroup" in the xml file creates a security risk.
DT392347 Job Plans A Nested Job plan may have more than one Revision in ACTIVE status.
DT395222 Assets A user reading or adding Feature Specs to a Linear Asset causes the application to query every spec inside the Asset.
DT395429 Spatial Maps are slow to zoom in and out from Mobile
DT395792 MAF configuration Cannot preview apps with MAF configuration image 9.0.
DT398788 Budget Monitoring Updating a Budget record in Budget Monitoring causes a database connection leak.

DT409410 UI Field labels truncated when there is space available to display them
DT409415 Linear Assets In an environment where the base language is French, in the Assets application, a user cannot modify a Linear Asset's startmeasure or endmeasure Feature.
DT416547 Job Plans The default Job Plan status is not being used causing the Job Plan to not be displayed.
DT416750 Mobile Meter Reading values cannot be changed reviewing an Inspection.
DT416760 Classifications Create DR Attributes display is missing Alphanumeric Value.
DT416765 Assets When a user performs an Asset move with no changes, asset moves are executed and unwanted "do-nothing" transactions are created anyway. The extra transactions impact reporting performance.
DT417011 Preventive maintenance ORA-00936 Missing Expression Error When Generating PM Work Orders Or Completing Work Orders
DT417519 Mobile In the Technician Role-Based Application, a user can keep changing the Work List without waiting for the previous server's response, causing performance problems.
DT417531 Mobile An error occurs when adding a failure report in offline mode.
DT418175 Move/Modify Assets In the Asset application, users can only remove an Asset from the Move/Modify list if they belong to a Security Group with Delete access.
DT418280 UI Input text Fields are not properly aligned with Field Labels.

DT419680 Scheduler/Crew In Graphical Assignment, setting the Roll Cron Task to Run on a Scenario, then setting the Spatial Optimization Cron Task to run after causes error "BMXAA4195E – A value is required for the Schedule field on the CRONTASKINSTANCE object.".
DT420075 Mobile Adaptive selector should show domain descriptions instead of values.
IJ42492 Assets On the Spare Parts tab, adding a new element to the Subassemblies table takes longer than expected.
IJ46469 Desktop Requisitions In the Desktop Requisitions application, changing the Vendor for an Item line causes the Order Unit field no longer to be required.
IJ48882 Integration Modules Approving invoice through Integration fails with errors "BMXAA2013E - Could not change invoice D331-1000000012 status to APPR." and "BMXAA1974E - Cannot approve invoice because of unexpected error. Please send the server's stack trace log to support.".
DT419008 Scheduler/Crew In the Graphical Work Week application, Roll Schedule does not work the first time it is used.
