  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Users can define trusted contexts with  *
  *                      IP addresses. To specify a range of     *
  *                      IP addresses, users need to list each   *
  *                      individual IP address with its own      *
  *                      ADDRESS attribute.                      *

• Code has been changed to allow users to specify an IP subnet
  address in CIDR notation when defining a trusted context.
  This allows a trusted connection to be established if an
  incoming IP address is within the range specified by the
  IP subnet address.
