Error description

  • When using IBM Sterling Transformation Extender (ITX) to read
time data (with milliseconds) from a Sybase database using the
JDBC adapter, if the first digit of the milliseconds is a 0,
then it is possible that the decimal point would be placed in
the wrong location, causing the data to become invalid. For
    example,
    '06:17:29.013' could become '06:17:290.13'.
