After applying APAR PH59848 fix, if NM108 value is XX and NM109 is removed then design studio is closing abruptly with no error. Removal of APAR does not crash the Design Studio.

Problem summary
hcsvu exit library crash when executing Type 5 NPI rules and input data has NM108 element but NM109 element is not present.
Problem conclusion
hcsvu library rule type 72 updated to properly check for null NM109 before running the check digit logic to validate NPI format. Applies to: Healthcare Pack HIPAA 10.1.0, 10.2.0, 10.2.1, 10.2.2. Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
