In some cases BPs do not have their IBM Ids associated with their companies partner profile, which affects their access to IBM Technology Zone and results in Error 403.
Steps to resolve
Have the business partner reach out to their company authorized profile administrators [APA] to have their IBMid associated with their company partner account. If the BP does not know their APA, they can go to Partner Plus and use the chatbot or contact the Partner Plus Support Desk (https://www.ibm.com/partnerworld/resources/support). Once their account is attached they will be able to access Asset Repo.
If a business partner has already been successfully onboarded to their company profile, partners will need to ensure that they are using the same IBMid that was registered to their company profile. The IBMid used to sign into Partner Plus, IBM Training, or ePricer for example would be the same IBMid they would use to login to IBM Technology Zone. If they can not access any of these sites, Partner Plus support can help determine the correct IBMid that they should be using to login to these platforms.

How to add an employee under a Company profile:
- Start at PP main page www.ibm.com/partnerplus/member
- Enter in your profile after logging in.
- Go to the employee and select the company and the location
- Go to manage employees
- Click on Add an employee
- Complete the information
- After filling all the information click on submit/send
- Save the validation code by precaution.
