How do I reset my password in Environmental Intelligence Suite?

Problem

I am not able to login to IBM Environmental Intelligence Suite because I forgot my password.

Resolving The Problem

The process to reset your password depends on how you normally log into IBM Environmental Intelligence Suite.  IBM Environmental Intelligence Suite has three types of authentication methods: IBMid, SSO, and username ID.
  1. If you use IBMid to log into Environmental Intelligence Suite, your password must be reset within the IBMid application itself and cannot be reset from Environmental Intelligence Suite. Click the following link to request a password change: https://www.ibm.com/account/reg/us-en/reset-password or contact the IBMid help desk for further help https://www.ibm.com/ibmid/myibm/help/us/helpdesk.html .
  2. If you use corporate SSO, then your password is not stored in Environmental Intelligence Suite and there is nothing to reset within your Environmental Intelligence Suite account. The password you are using is your corporate password. If you have trouble logging in, contact your corporate account administrators.
  3. If you use a username ID, you can reset your own password:
    1. Log into Environmental Intelligence Suite at the following URL: https://environmentalintelligencesuite.ibm.com.
    2. Enter your username, and click "Continue"Legacy SS
    3. Click on the "Forgot password?" link. image-20240610112134-2
    4. Confirm your username is correct.  Then click on the "Continue" button.
    5. An email will be sent to you with a temporary password and instructions on how to reset your password.
    6. If you still cannot log in with your new password.  Then click on the "Contact us for help." link.  You will be redirected to the IBM CSP support portal URL: https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US.
    7. Open a case with support to have the password reset for you.
Please note: You must open a case for the password reset.  IBM Support cannot reset your password in a Live Chat as there's no secure way to verify identity.  This activity must be done directly with you via your support ticket which is associated with your contact information in your account record.
