| 35421 | Backup & Restore uses the AWS API when creating a BackupStorageLocation for AWS and other S3 storage. When the connection to the S3 is tested, the signature version wasn't explicitly set, allowing the API to choose a default. The default may not work for some S3. The change now sets the signature version to AWS Signature Version 4 for all S3. | Normal |
| 33706 | In the case where some snapshots were successful and some were not, the successful snapshots were not rolled back properly. This led to orphaned snapshots for those cases. The fix removed the successful snapshots for this scenario. | Normal |

| 34846 | For PVC with Retain reclaim policy, a backup jobs leaves behind a volume not bound to any PVC. Code changes were made to patch persistent volume reclaim policy from ‘Retain’ to ‘Delete’ to ensure its deletion. | Major |
| 32496 | On large environments, the service protection data can grow in size and lead to OOM issues during backup and restore. To avoid OOM issues, the service protection data is now streamed instead of being stored in its entirety in memory. | Normal |
