On 30 April 2024, IBM released IBM® Maximo® Application Suite Manage Component patch 8.6.13.

DT224651 Migration manager After running Migration Manager package in preview mode, the "Download Preview File" button is no longer visible.
DT241758 Mobile In the SR application, the "Record XXX is not defined in the domain XXX" error causes clicking the Go To Record action to freeze application.
DT244444 Mobile In Inspection Form, attachments are not stored in the specified folder.
DT246686 System UI In Application Designer, adding a Multipart Textbox to any application causes the value selected for "Attribute for part 2" to overwrite the value entered for "Attribute".
DT257229 Linear Assets A Linear Asset with two features displays only one on the map.
DT258466 Technician Mobile workorder synonym domain is hardcoded to English and does not work in non-English base language environment.
DT259147 Mobile In the Technician role-based application, when the Reported By Person record has a primary phone number, the Contact attribute displays the primary phone number instead of the phone number from the Work Order.
DT259805 System UI In some applications, Column Headers for list data are misaligned.

DT269424 Mobile Problem, Cause Remedy (PCR) values are cached on the device from the Work Order. Reporting Work, then editing Problem, Cause Remedy (PCR) populates the fields with values from the previous Work Order.
DT269452 Mobile Problem, Cause Remedy (PCR) values are cached on the device from the last Work Order. The Remedy code is not replaced when the Cause is changed.

DT378403 Mobile Creating a Work order from a Mobile device, if multiple transactions remain in a pending state, the application is sending a bad transaction, updating an existing Work Order.
DT379928 Mobile Mobile application does not adhere to MAS refreshTokenTimeout value.
IJ39401 Condition Codes In the Item Master application, filtering on the Condition Codes "Select Value" produces no results.
IJ46215 Work Order Tracking In the Work Order tracking application, hovering over the Information icon of an Asset displays details from the wrong site.
IJ48891 Work Order Tracking Filter Header in List View vanishes after updating all the records returned by the filter.
IJ50435 Linear Assets In a Linear Asset, a filter entered on the Features or Specifications tab cannot be removed.

Manually Installing the Patch
  • Log in to Maximo Application Suite Administration as an administrative user.
  • On the left, click Applications.
  • From the Action menu, select Update configuration.
  • In the dialog box, click the pencil icon on the Components line.
  • Under Activation configuration, click your workspace details page link.
  • From the Action menu, select Update configuration.
  • Under Configurations, click the pencil icon on the Components line.
  • In the Maximo Base line, under new version click the down arrow.
  • Select Version. Enter 8.6.13
  • Click Save.
