IBM Control Desk (ICD) 7.6.1 is End of Support starting September 30, 2025.

  • Sustained Support till December 31, 2026
 
Effective 30 September 2025, fixes, patches, and telephone support will no longer be provided for IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.x, its mobile applications (distributed through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store), and all associated components and add-ons of the same version.
 
IBM Control Desk is now Maximo IT. Maximo IT is an add-on to Manage in Maximo Application Suite (MAS). Customers are advised to start planning and upgrading from IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.5 to Maximo IT 9.x in MAS.
