Abstract
HCL withdraws support for BigFix 9.5 on June 30th, 2024. Because of that, License Metric Tool plans to withdraw support for the BigFix server and clients in version 9.5 at the end of Q4 2024.

Timeline
- 4Q 2024 - If you continue using BigFix 9.5, your License Metric Tool environment continues working but you will not receive support from IBM if you encounter problems related to BigFix.
- 2Q 2025 - If you continue using BigFix 9.5, imports of data to License Metric Tool stop working. You need to upgrade BigFix components to resume imports.
Action required
