Known Side Effects
The following known issues exist in this release when using the REST API user interface:

When creating or modifying a record, if you upload an attachment and then click on the ellipses on the attachment and select Delete, the attachment fails to remove the attachment. To work around the issue, save the record after modifying in and then add or delete the attachment.

When renaming a query, automatic refresh is not completing successfully. To work around the issue, refresh the page or refresh the data being displayed by selecting the refresh button at the top of the sidebar.

When first logging into the modern web UI for the first time, users may notice a 500 error briefly flash on the screen. After the 500 error flashes, you will be directed to the welcome page. This 500 error will not impact your session. There is no current workaround.

When using Gantt charts within the SolutionSAFe schema, using the drag and drop on the chart bar to change the date, the date is not appearing correctly. To work around the issue, after performing a drag and drop to change the date selection, refresh the page by clicking the refresh icon.

After modifying a record, you may notice an alignment issue with the text in the slide panel. This is a known issue. There is no work around.
|

When logging into the Modern Web UI for the first time, there is a delay in loading all the sidebar icons. They load completely in approximately 10 seconds. Once the login data is cached, subsequent logins will not experience the delay.

The maximum number of custom Kanban boards that can be created is 8.

- To update to ClearQuest 10.0.3, you must uninstall the previous version of ClearQuest and perform a new installation. For more information, see the ClearQuest 10.0.3 update guide.
- ClearQuest 10.0.3 includes an upgraded version of Eclipse; version 4.23. If you are upgrading from a previous version of ClearQuest, you must delete the .Rational/ClearQuest directory before starting ClearQuest Client and ClearQuest Designer. The directory is located in users/<user-id>/.Rational/ClearQuest.
