Abstract

This document provides information about downloading and installing the IBM Maximo Application Suite 8.9.2-IBM-MAS-FP0001 fix. This image includes the installer for the MAS 8.9.2 maintenance release.

Issues addressed in this fix

  • DT180491  - MAS domain change is not updating/recreating OIDC client configuration
  • DT180409 - MAS UI: Customisation form input "credentials" field needs to be a text area

  • Security updates in base image and python modules
  • Addition of the following application versions to the Maximo Application Suite UI catalog:
    • IBM Maximo Application Suite Manage 8.5.2
    • IBM Maximo Application Suite Monitor 8.9.2
    • IBM Maximo Optimizer 8.3.2
    • IBM Maximo Application Suite - Assist 8.6.3
 

Steps for installing 8.9.2

Installing a Maximo Application Suite fix is done in the same way that the original product was installed. See the Installing Maximo Application Suite page for directions. For this fix, however, you run the install script that was downloaded as part of the fix instead of the install.sh that came with the original product image.
