This document covers how to generate an eBMC dump for an eBMC-based system from the Hardware Management Console Enhanced GUI and CLI for HMC V10 and newer.
Objective
An eBMC dump is a collection of data from the eBMC either after a failure, external reset, or manual request. You can use the eBMC GUI or the HMC to perform an eBMC dump. In this document we cover how to perform the dump from the HMC.

To start an eBMC dump on a Hardware Management Console (HMC), complete the following steps:
First log in to the HMC GUI and check which version of the HMC is installed by clicking Help -> About v10 HMC:
