Troubleshooting
Problem
If an IBM QRadar app is not working as expected, there are a number of troubleshooting techniques and tools you can use to help find and fix the issue.
You can use the log files for the app to help troubleshoot app issues. QRadar apps are installed in docker containers, and each app has their own logs, which are separate from the QRadar logs. The QRadar logs contain messages and errors about the container infrastructure whereas the app logs contain information specifically about that app.
