To apply this fix, inventory_balance_tbl.rptdesign need to be manually imported.
Go to Report administration application
Select inventory_balance_tbl.rptdesign report
Select import report action
Select <maximo_root>\reports\birt\reports\INVENTOR\inventory_balance_tbl.rptdesign file as Report Design File. There is no need to enter Report Resource File,
Click OK. For the next two questions click OK.
