IJ39378: EXT'D COST IS CALCULATED INCORRECTLY IN INVENTORY BALANCE REPORT WHEN FIFO COSTING METHOD IS USED

Error description

• Item Ext'd Cost (Extended Cost) is calculated incorrectly in
  Inventory Balance report when FIFO costing method is used and
  Inventory record has more than one INVLIFIFOFIFOCOST record.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
     1. Go to Inventory app and open an Item that has Inventory
  LIFO/FIFO Costs, eg. Item 28149
     2. Run Reports > Inventory Balance
     3. For faster results, filter by Item 28149, Storeroom
  CENTRAL, Site BEDFORD
     4. Check the BIRT report preview that opens in new tab
     5. The Cost is correct: 8.15, but the Ext'd Cost is not
  correct with a value of 36.50.
  
  
  Ext'd cost should be = Cost (Average cost) x Qty = 244.5
  
  8.15 x 30 = 244.5
