These recommendations are based on your system already having installed the most current Cumulative PTF Package, HIPER PTF Group, and Database PTF Group. For further information or to order these PTFs, follow this link: https://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/

The i Global Support Center recommends installing the PTFs for corrective service and preventive maintenance. If a problem persists after the recommended fixes have been installed, the support engineers can more efficiently diagnose the issue.

Order the following recommended fixes for V7R2M0:

Warning: Java 8 32bit and 64bit (JV1 option 16 and JV1 option 17) are required to be on system before applying the PTFs. Additional information could be found at Migrate Electronic Service Agent (ESA) from using Java 6 to Java 8 document.
