Abstract

IBM® is announcing the upcoming end of support for selected IBM® InfoSphere® Master Data Management Standard Edition and Advanced Edition 11.6 feature packs.

Effective April 30, 2023, IBM® will no longer provide support for selected IBM® InfoSphere® Master Data Management (InfoSphere MDM) 11.6 feature packs.
The following InfoSphere MDM feature packs will no longer be supported:
  • IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Standard and Advanced Edition 11.6 feature pack 1 (11.6.0.1)
  • IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Standard and Advanced Edition 11.6 feature pack 2 (11.6.0.2)
  • IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Standard and Advanced Edition 11.6 feature pack 3 (11.6.0.3)
  • IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Standard and Advanced Edition 11.6 feature pack 4 (11.6.0.4)
  • IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Standard and Advanced Edition 11.6 feature pack 5 (11.6.0.5)
The following InfoSphere MDM feature packs continue to be supported at this time:
  • IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Standard and Advanced Edition 11.6 feature pack 6 (11.6.0.6)
  • IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Standard and Advanced Edition 11.6 feature pack 7 (11.6.0.7)
  • IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Standard and Advanced Edition 11.6 feature pack 8 (11.6.0.8)
  • IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Standard and Advanced Edition 11.6 feature pack 9 (11.6.0.9)
  • IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Standard and Advanced Edition 11.6 feature pack 10 (11.6.0.10)
  • IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Standard and Advanced Edition 11.6 feature pack 11 (11.6.0.11)
Note: IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Reference Data Management 11.6 feature pack 2 (11.6.0.2) also continues to be a supported product.
IBM encourages customers running InfoSphere MDM versions that are affected by this change in support to upgrade to the latest available release, InfoSphere MDM Standard and Advanced Edition 12.  For more information about the updated hardware and software requirements, see the InfoSphere MDM 12 system requirements.
