For current code related information, refer to the following sites:
- The Fix Level Recommendation Tool (FLRT) tool provides cross-product compatibility information and fix recommendations for IBM products. FLRT can be used to plan upgrades of key components or to verify the current PTF or PTF level(s) of a partition or system. Enter your current levels of firmware and software to receive recommended levels. When planning upgrades, enter the levels of firmware or software you would like to use, so you can verify levels and compatibility across products before upgrading.
- Fix Central is the tool which provides fixes and updates for your partition(s) or system's software, hardware, and operating system. For additional information, click on the following link: Getting started with Fix Central
- When looking to upgrade your IBM i partition or system consider using the IBM® Pre-Upgrade Verification (PRUV) tool for IBM i (PRUV) tool. PRUV runs on the Windows client and checks IBM i data to ensure that all the necessary requirements are completed before beginning an upgrade. This tool verifies key pre-upgrade steps.
