This fix pack should be applied to NetApp agent version v7.3 FP3 (ITMfVE Downloadable version 7.2 FP8).
It does not work on any other version of NetApp agent.
Download IBM Tivoli Monitoring for Virtual Environments V7.2.0.8 package from IBM Passport Advantage website.

This fix can be applied on an existing installation. Use the following steps to install this fix.

5.1 Installing the fix
------------------------
Before installing this fix, refer to section 2.1 entitled 'Prerequisites for this fix'.
For this readme file, the symbol <CANDLEHOME> is the IBM Tivoli Monitoring installation directory.
The default value of CANDLEHOME is '/opt/IBM/ITM' on UNIX™ systems and 'C:\IBM\ITM' on Windows systems.
1. Stop all the agent instances.
2. Extract the 7.3.0.3-TIV-ITM_NETAPP_IF0001.tar.gz and locate the file knu_data_provider.jar.
3. Search for the knu_data_provider.jar by navigating to the agent folder.
Windows:
|32-bit Agent system: C:\IBM\IBM\TMAITM6
|64-bit Agent system: C:\IBM\IBM\TMAITM6_x64
Non_Windows:
|32-bit Agent system: $CANDLEHOME/li6263/nu/lib
|64-bit Agent system: $CANDLEHOME/lx8266/nu/lib
4. Take a backup of existing file and exchange it with the provided knu_data_provider.jar in the same folder.
5. Make sure there are no abandoned Java processes running.
6. Start the instance.
