Error description

• When the IBM Content Collector Email Connector for Exchange
  moves content from one folder to another and the folder name
  contains a forward slash, the folder structure in the target
  mailbox is a folder tree instead of a single folder.
  
  For example, messages in a folder named dog/cat are moved to the
  folder cat beneath the folder dog.

Problem summary

• When the IBM Content Collector Email Connector for Exchange
  moves content from one folder to another and the folder name
  contains a forward slash, the forward slash is interpreted as a
  folder separator.
  As a result, the folder structure in the target mailbox is a
  folder tree instead of a single folder.
  

Problem conclusion

• Starting with IBM Content Collector 4.0.0.2 LA017 and 4.0.0 Fix
  Pack 3, slashes in folder names are handled correctly.
  In addition, the system metadata property <Email,Folder> now
  also shows the escaped folder name, for example: /Inbox/a\/b, if
  the
  message was located in a subfolder named a/b in the Inbox folder
  of the mailbox.
