IBM provides customers with a Software Product Compatibility Reports (SPCR) tool where you can locate and find complete lists of supported operating systems, system requirements, prerequisites, and optional supported software for InfoSphere Information Server versions, including V11.7.1.2

The SPCR tool links to information about the minimum product levels that must be installed prior to opening a problem report with IBM InfoSphere Information Server Technical Support. The software versions and any maintenance levels listed in the tool have been explicitly verified as working.

Please note that 11.7.1.2 is only supported on Linux RedHat 8.  It is functionally equivalent to 11.7.1.1.  Please see the link above for those system requirements and platform details.
