Summary
I have active entitlement for the IBM i2 iBase software, but when I go to the "Download Software" page in Passport Advantage®, I do not see iBase in my list of entitled software. How can I download the software?
Environment
There is a problem with the IBM i2 iBase products appearing in the Download Software products list. While we continue to look into the cause of this problem, you can follow the steps to find the iBase components to download from Passport Advantage®.
Steps
- Log in to Passport Advantage® with your IBM ID at: https://www.ibm.com/software/passportadvantage/pao_customer.html
- Click any of the "Download Software" links (in menu bar, under "Software downloads & media access", in the "Quick Entry" box)
- On the "Software download and media access" page, you see that iBase is missing in your list of entitled products.
- Change the search option to "Part description" and enter "i2 iBase" to search for iBase by name.
- In the results, click the "+" in front of the eAssemblies to be able to select the version of the iBase software you want to download.
Additional Information
You must be authorized to download software from Passport Advantage® by your company's Primary Contact for your IBM i2 software account.
