Installation Information


 This section contains changes to the product's Program Directory.

 1. 09/09/09 SECTION OF PROG. DIRECTORY REFERENCED: 5.4
             Library SARSDB5 missing member ARSISDO7.
             For customers installing the OnDemand Distribution
             Facility for the first time with ODF V8.4, member
             ARSISDO7 has been provided with APAR PK94665. Please
             apply the PTF for this APAR before proceeding.
             Customers upgrading from ODF V7.1 will not need to
             execute the step using this member.
             Database table updates for customers upgrading to
             ODF V8.4 from ODF V7.1

             Customers upgrading to ODF V8.4 from ODF V7.1 will
             need to reload two of the static tables of ODF.  Be
             sure the user copies of the SARSDB5 library and the
             SARSSAM5 library have been updated with the V8.4
             data.  The following jobs should be run to reload
             the Help Text and Message  tables:

             a. hlq.SARSJCL5(ARSIHMT5)
                This job updates the help text for the CICS
                administration and monitor functions.  To run this
                job to reload the help text, edit the job and
                uncomment the delete statements for each entry in
                the help text.

             b. hlq.SARSSAM5(ARSENUM5)
                This job updates the message table.  Delete
                statements are already included instream so no
                changes are required to run this job.
