APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This problem occurred with the NcKL rules file set as there are
  lots of include rules and lookups, making duplicate entries
  easier to happen.
  
  When there is a duplicate entry for an include or lookup the
  probe can exit when the kill -HUP signal is sent repeatedly
  whilst the probe re-reads the rules and lookup files

  * problems if the cache rules option was enabled as the        *
  * resulting cache rules file created would not have been       *
  * valid.                                                       *
