Error description
dsjob -linvocations requires a job name on AIX and Linux, but not Solaris and Windows.
Local fix
dsjob -linvocations {project} '*'
Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: Affects users of the dsjob command wishing to use the option to list all invocations for all jobs. Problem restricted to AIX and LINUX. **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The dsjob command with the -linvocations argument is specified to take a project and an optional job. If the job is ommitted the behaviour differs between platforms. On some an error indicating an invalid job handle is output. On others the command works as expected. **************************************************************** RECOMMENDATION: {Insert APAR Recommendation here} ****************************************************************
Problem conclusion
Temporary fix
A temporary fix is available: Instead of omitting the project name use the command dsjob -linvocations <projname> '*' (note the single quotes around the asterisk)
