JR44739: Bulk-load on a partitioned database fails to insert all the rows when graphic is used as a partitioning key

Error description

• When Bulk-load is used to insert rows into a table which has
  been partitioned on Graphic datatype,it fails to insert all the
  rows into the table as the rows are being sent to a wrong
  partition which are discarded without any error by the database.
  

Local fix

• Use insert instead of bulk load

• DETAILS:
  
    When Bulk-load is used to insert rows into a table which has

    Fixed bulk-load on a partitioned database with GRAPHIC being
  the partition-key.
