Error description

• Compiling a complex mixture of templated classes using non-type
  template parameters and enums is causing an invalid name lookup
  error.  Examples of the invalid errors are:
  
  
  1540-0063 (S) The text "MyType" is unexpected.
  1540-1174 (S) The member "template Test(const Ptr &)" is not
  declared as a template in its containing class definition.
  1540-1174 (S) The member "template ~Test()" is not declared as a
  template in its containing class definition.
