Problem
Attempts to Soft Stop the JVM in Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI) via Troubleshooter in the UI (Operations > System > Troubleshooter > Soft Stop > Stop JVM - Go!) errors stating: "Page not found or not allowed!"
Symptom
- Upon attempting to "Stop JVM" via Troubleshooter (Operations > System > Troubleshooter > Soft Stop > Stop JVM - Go!), instead of getting a window asking, "Are you sure you want to stop the JVM?", it displays the following error: "Page not found or not allowed!"
- The rest of the Soft Stop via Troubleshooter steps work successfully (e.g., Mark Node Unavailable, Stop All Adapters, etc.) except for the last step to "Stop JVM".
- Soft Stop via the commandline works successfully e.g., softstop.cmd/.sh node_name
