Why does installp prompt for volume 2, and fail with inurest errors?

0503-700 inurest:  Error in restoring files
0503-037 inurest:  Failure on system call to execute command /usr/sbin/restbyname
                   -S  -xYAqf/tmp/rpm.rte -Z /tmp/inutmpOEE7aa/sorted.al.
0503-464 installp:  The installation has FAILED for the "usr" part of the following filesets:
                    rpm.rte 4.13.0.11
installp:  Cleaning up software for:

Cause

The errors typically indicate a corrupted image.

Tips:
1) Make sure the file system for the file set images is not full:
$ df /tmp 
2) Be sure to use binary transfer with FTP:
ftp> type binary
200 Type set to I.

get rpm.rte.4.3.0.11
3) Check integrity against a known good image:
$ cksum rpm.rte.4.13.0.11 295464176 48996352 rpm.rte.4.13.0.11
4) Use the restore command to print information about the file:
$ restore -Tvf rpm.rte.4.13.0.11
