Where can I find additional information about configuring and troubleshooting the help for Rational ClearQuest client applications?

Beginning with release 7.1.2.2, you must configure Rational ClearQuest client applications to obtain the help content from a local source, an intranet server, or from the internet, The configuration is part of the product installation process and is described in the product documentation. However, in some cases you might need additional information if you need to change the configuration or you have problems opening help topics.
