When upgrading your IBM products, if your web browser still has the local help updater cached from the previous version of the product, then the local help updater might not display properly.
The local help updater does not display properly:
If the web browser has cached the javascript when this page was previously loaded, then the web browser will use the stored scripts when loading the local help updater. This can cause the local help updater to render improperly if the stored scripts are outdated.
Clear the temporary internet files from your browsers cache to resolve this issue.
On Firefox:
1. Click Tools -> Clear Recent History on the browser menu.
2. Select Everything from the Time range to clear menu.
3. Click Details to select the content types to clear.
4. Only select Cache if you want to preserve your browsing history.
5. Click Clear Now.
6. Reload the local help updater.

On Internet Explorer:
From the browser window, click Tools > Compatibility View to turn on windows compatibility for the Local Help Updater page.
