Interactively run PDF reports result in a blank page while using the webserver URL

Troubleshooting


Problem

A blank PDF page is observed when running PDF reports using the interactive viewer, via the web server URL.

The PDF reports load correctly when downloaded and viewed in a PDF viewer.

The PDF reports function as expected via the dispatcher URL.

Symptom

In a HAR trace and in the web server logs,  observe 404.3 errors related to viewer.mjs and pdf.mjs javascript files.
