There are a number of options for customers who want to obtain a backup copy of their data and notify support that they plan on decommissioning their IBM Security SOAR on cloud hosted instance.

Steps

Open a case with IBM Security SOAR support by going to the My support site >Open a case and notify IBM support of your plan to decommission your SOAR SaaS instance.
