This fix requires a Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.3 interim fix 012, Manage 8.7.1, Manage 8.6.5, Manage 8.5.9, or post-Manage 8.7.0 or later environment.
DT228965	System UI	In the Work Order application, when the length of the ASSETNUM field is large, the Hover Over icon merges with the data displayed in the text box.
DT233278	Preventive maintenance	In Configuration Manager, a forecast generated for a PM with Time-Based Frequency Iterations is incorrect. This fix is needed to address the problem reported in APAR IJ47812.
IJ40633	Drilldown	Selecting Show to Path in Extended Drilldown shows the top location instead of the original location.
IJ40691	Work Order Tracking	Setting the system property mxe.app.workorder.StatusToCreateInspection global value to APPR causes the Inspection Form field to be EDITABLE on the Work Order but READONLY in the Multiple Asset, Locations, and CIs table row.
IJ42754 Manual Change	Work Order Tracking	Error ORA-01722 occurs when InspectionResult records exist with non-numeric value in the ReferenceObjectID field.
IJ44695	Database configuration	Using Database configuration to increase the DESCRIPTION attribute length in the WORKORDER object does not work. Entering and saving text longer than 100 characters results in error BMXAA4049E.
IJ45588	Purchase requisitions	If the Default Vendor is not used creating a Purchase Requisition for a Consignment Item, the PRLINE is not added.

IJ42754	This issue is resolved by changing the INSPECTIONRESULT relationship where the parent is MULTIASSETLOCCI and the child is INSPECTIONRESULT. For SQL Server databases, change the where clause to the following: referenceobjectid=CONVERT(varchar, :multiid) and referenceobject=''MULTIASSETLOCCI'' and inspformnum=:inspformnum and siteid=:worksiteid and orgid=:orgid For all other databases, change the where clause to the following: referenceobjectid=TO_CHAR(:multiid) and referenceobject=''MULTIASSETLOCCI'' and inspformnum=:inspformnum and siteid=:worksiteid and orgid=:orgid

Manually Installing the Patch

Log in to Maximo Application Suite Administration as an administrative user.
On the left, click Applications.
From the Action menu, select Update configuration.
In the dialog box, click the pencil icon on the Components line.
Under Activation configuration, click your workspace details page link.
From the Action menu, select Update configuration.
Under Configurations, click the pencil icon on the Components line.
In the Maximo Base line, under new version click the down arrow.
Select Version. Enter 8.5.8
Click Save.
