This document provides the steps for how users can log out of their Corporate Shared device and how new users can log in. A Corporate Shared device is a pre-configured enterprise device shared among multiple users. Each user logs in to a separate account and receives a distinct set of apps and files. You can check the Ownership status within the Device's Details.
Steps
How to Log out and Login by using iOS Devices
- Access the MaaS360 Application on the Device.
- Tap Settings.
- Select Logout at the bottom and press Continue on the prompt shown.
- To Login, select Login at the bottom of the same screen and follow the prompts to sign-in.
How to Log out and Log in by using Android Devices
- Access the MaaS360 Application on the Device.
- Tap Settings.
- Select the Three Dot menu and tap Sign Out.
- To Log in, select the same Three Dot menu and tap Sign In
How to Log out and Log in by using Windows Devices
You cannot log out of MaaS360 on Windows. Devices must be enrolled under the wanted user. MaaS360 suggests unenrolling the device first and enrolling a new Computer User to avoid sharing Personal Information. If the Device was enrolled by using the Windows Bulk Provisioning Tool, you can associate the correct user by, Associating users with bulk enrolled Windows 10+ devices.
How to Log out and Log in by using macOS Devices
You cannot log out of MaaS360 on macOS. Devices must be enrolled under the wanted user. MaaS360 suggests unenrolling the device first and enrolling a new Computer User to avoid sharing Personal Information.
