Summary
Generate and export reports in multiple formats using the Report Viewer, selecting from predefined templates and time period
Objective
Use the Report Viewer to:
- Select a report template
- Choose a time range (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly)
- Generate the corresponding report
- Export the report in multiple formats for analysis or sharing
Environment
- Application: IBM Maximo Renewables (IBM Maximo Renewables)
- Scope: Monitoring, Analytics, Reporting
- Use Case: Monitoring performance of the plants.
- User Roles: Site Engineer, Asset Manager, Operations Manager, Stakeholder.
Steps
In the Reporting section, choose Report Viewer.
Click the Filter icon and under the Template name list, dropdown, choose the report template
In the Start date field, click the calendar icon, select the start date, and then click the checkbox to confirm the selection and In the End date field, select and confirm the start date and To load the report for the selected time period, click the Refresh icon.
Review the generated report
Export the report.
