Download Package

For new and existing customers, you can download i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis from Passport Advantage: until the 31st December 2021.

For existing customers, you can continue to download i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis 2.4.1 (Fix ID: 2.3.1-SEC-i2EIA-WinLinux) from Fix Central until March 31st 2022, after which point all i2 software will be available from a new location instead.
Note:
  • All customers upgrading from versions older than i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis 2.3.2 must upgrade to i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis 2.4.0 before upgrading to i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis 2.4.1.
    • You can download i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis 2.4.0 (Fix ID: 2.4.0-SEC-i2EIA-WinLinux) from Fix Central for a further 90 days from the 1st January 2022.
    • Documentation for upgrading to i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis 2.4.0 can be found here.
    • When downloading a version of i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis as an upgrade step to a later version, only the i2 Analyze components need to be downloaded.
  • For customers that are upgrading from versions older than i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis 2.3.1, upgrading to 2.3.1 can limit the amount of time that the system is offline as a part of the upgrade process.
    • You can download i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis 2.3.1 (Fix ID: 2.3.1-SEC-i2EIA-WinLinux) from Fix Central for a further 90 days from the 1st January 2022.
    • Documentation for upgrading to i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis 2.3.1 can be found here.
    • When downloading a version of i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis as an upgrade step to a later version, only the i2 Analyze components need to be downloaded.
  • When you download i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis from Fix Central, only the i2 co-packaged software is available to download. You can use the versions of other co-packaged software that you downloaded from Passport Advantage with earlier releases.
