Notes:
- All ServeRAID-3x adapters can be upgraded with the same enhanced software utilities and firmware included with ServeRAID-3HB. Click here to download the ServeRAID upgrade . The upgrade should be considered for installations with firmware less than version 3.5.
- Netfinity ServeRAID-3L Ultra2 SCSI adapter (part number 01K7364) provides either one internal or one external (0.8mm VHDCI) LVDS SCSI channel.
- Provides one internal and two external (0.8mm VHDCI) LVDS SCSI channels. The internal channel can be configured for external usage(0.8mm VHDCI) providing a total of three external LVDS SCSI channels. Includes 32MB of mirrored battery-backup cache, which helps protect against data loss in write-back cache mode in the event of a power outage or adapter maintenance.

- The IBM ServeRAID-4M Ultra160 SCSI controller is powered by a 100MHz Intel i960 processor, provides 64MB of battery-backed ECC cache, and has two Ultra160 channels. Each channel can be accessed by either a 68-pin ANSI standard internal or an 0.8mm VHDCI external connector.
