Can the vSAN from VCS instance be changed to Endurance storage?

New hosts are added with the same vSAN configuration as the original deployment, so adding new hosts via automation would break if the original vSAN was removed. A better option is to leave the vSAN datastore as is and also use Endurance in conjunction for certain workloads, or redeploy an instance entirely using Endurance and no vSAN so future hosts are added/removed accordingly. These are questions you should consider and decide before deploying, which would prevent these sort of scenarios from occurring post-deploy.
