OSP - LICENSE MANAGEMENT
Error Description
License manager changes to ignore license information for
products becoming zero-charged.
Problem Summary
Several products are no longer chargeable but still require
software license keys.
Problem Conclusion
License information requiring keys is effectively removed from
these products.
