Error Description
CRTPFRDTA problem with generating the system monitor data for
the *CMNBASE category.
Problem Summary
CRTPFRDTA does not generate system monitor data for the *CMNBASE
category when a communication line reports a line speed of zero.
Problem Conclusion
Communication lines reporting a line speed of zero will be
ignored when calculating metrics for the system monitor file
QAPMSMCMN.
