Abstract

TCPIP-SMTP-INCORROUT CHGSMTPA FAILS TO ADOPT AUTHORITY OF THE
*OWNER.

Error Description

CHGSMTPA fails to adopt authority. If CHGSMTPA is called in a  
program that is set to USRPRF(*OWNER), and the user calls the  
program, it will fail with TCP8050, even though the owner of    
the program has *IOSYSCFG.                                      

Problem Summary

CHGSMTPA fails to adopt authority. If CHGSMTPA is called in a  
program that is set to USRPRF(*OWNER), and the user calls the  
program, it will fail with TCP8050, even though the owner of the
program has *IOSYSCFG.                                          

Problem Conclusion

This PTF is to fix above problem.
