Error Description
customer noticed that his QRMCCTRMCD job is constantly using
25% of the CPU. Stopping and restarting
did not fix the issue.
Problem Summary

did not fix the issue.
Problem Conclusion
The QRMCCTRMCD job was changed to prevent an infinite loop.
