Error Description
Multiple calls to the SYSPROC.SYSTS_START stored procedure would
cause error such as CPF2451.
Problem Summary
Multiple calls to the SYSPROC.SYSTS_START stored procedure would
cause error such as CPF2451.
Problem Conclusion
With this fix, multiple calls to the SYSPROC.SYSTS_START stored
procedure are not considered an error.
