Error Description
IPL always taking a long time at C9002AA1 (Commit Recovery).
Problem Summary
IPL always taking a long time at C9002AA1 (Commit Recovery).
Problem Conclusion
An issue was discovered when a large number of commit
definitions exist on the system, only a subset of them were
getting deleted each IPL. WARNING: the first IPL after applying
this PTF may result in a very long C9002AA1 Commit Recovery to
delete the large number of commit definitions.
