Abstract

OSP-INCORROUT CANNOT DELETE INDEPENDENT ASP WHEN GEOGRAPHIC
MIRRORED

Error Description

A geographic mirrored IASP cannot be deleted.  This is by design
- geomirroring must be deconfigured first.  However, if that
IASP contains no DASD (for example, after a disk failure) it
cannot be deleted.

Problem Summary

A geographic mirrored independent ASP cannot be deleted if no
disks are associated with that IASP (after a DASD failure, for
example)

Problem Conclusion

The operating system code has been changed to correct the
problem.
