Abstract
OSP-DB-OTHER-RC2-MSGCPD3238 CPYF FROM AN IASP TO *SYSBAS
CREATES A NEW FORMAT LEVEL ID EVEN WHEN A COPY OF THE FILE
Error Description
CPYF from a file in an IASP to a new file in *SYSBAS may
generate a new format level ID even when a copy of the file
exists in *SYSBAS. CPYF from *SYSBAS to an IASP also generates a
different format level ID.
Problem Summary

Problem Conclusion
The Copy File Create File and Member (QCPCREAT) program will be
change to not cause a new Format Level ID to be generated when
the new Database File created spans an ASP/IASP boundary.
